The problem
The old menu was plain text with no photography — a customer could not see what a dish actually looked like before ordering it. On top of that sat a branching price list: multiple sizes, half-and-half combinations, and add-ons priced differently per size. Manual pricing got it wrong, and customers paid the wrong amount.
What we built
A complete pizza pricing model: every size, every half and every add-on at the correct price, matched to in-store pricing to the piastre.
An Arabic ordering bot that can build a half-and-half pizza with different toppings and price it correctly.
A fully photographed menu with cut-out backgrounds — the customer sees the dish before ordering it, and the shots read correctly in both dark and light mode.
An operations dashboard and POS running the same pricing logic — one source of truth.
