The problem
A burger restaurant in Benha where every order arrived as a message or a phone call: someone had to reply, ask about sauces and add-ons, take the address and walk the order to the kitchen. The owner wanted customers ordering by themselves — in chat or on the web — and the kitchen receiving a clean order nobody had to retype.
What we built
A WhatsApp and Messenger bot that takes the complete order in chat — items, add-ons, address and delivery zone — and recommends the best sellers.
A dark ordering site built around the restaurant’s photography: 31 items shot in one house style, and every sandwich lists its sauces so customers can drop the ones they don’t want.
Customers can edit or cancel their order from any browser for the first five minutes, before the kitchen prints it.
A dashboard and POS receiving bot and web orders in one place, and printing them in the kitchen.
