The problem
A fried chicken restaurant in Tala was taking orders by hand over chat, with a plain-text menu and no photography — a customer could not see what the food looked like before ordering.
What we built
A single-page site with the complete menu — all 34 items individually photographed and cut out.
Orders land in a live operations dashboard the moment they are placed; WhatsApp is now only the follow-up channel afterwards.
56 priced delivery zones with a real picker rather than a free-text field — the customer sees the delivery fee before confirming.
The site opens and closes with the shop’s hours, with a switch to stop taking orders during a rush.
