Terms of Service

Prices, payment terms, the scope of work and the length of the engagement are set out in your own agreement or quotation with MK LABS. Where that agreement and these terms differ, your agreement applies.

• You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account from your dashboard, by logging in with Facebook and approving the permissions shown by Meta.
• These accounts, phone numbers and their content remain owned by you. You keep full access to them in Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Manager.
• You can disconnect any of them at any time, from your dashboard or from Meta's own settings. The service then stops using that account.
• Fees Meta charges for WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta to the payment method you add to your WhatsApp Business account.

You agree to use the service only lawfully and in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's Commercial Terms and Platform Terms, and the Messenger and Instagram policies. In particular, you will not:

• message people who have not contacted your business or agreed to hear from it, or send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
• use the service for illegal, misleading, harmful or prohibited products or content;
• try to access other clients' data, disrupt the service, or copy or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend a connection that puts customers, other clients or our Meta app at risk, for example after spam reports or a Meta policy warning. We will tell you why and work with you to restore it.

• Keeping your menu, prices, opening hours, delivery areas and other business information in the dashboard accurate. The assistant answers from that information.
• Honouring the orders your customers place through the service, and handling your own products, delivery and payments.
• Keeping your dashboard logins private and telling us promptly if you think one has been misused.

Replies are generated by AI models and can occasionally be wrong. Prices and order totals are calculated by our software from your own price list, and your staff can read every conversation and take over at any time. You remain responsible for your business's dealings with your customers.

We process your customers' data on your behalf and under your instructions, as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work to keep the service available at all times, but it depends on third parties, including Meta, AI providers and hosting providers, and can be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove something your agreement promises without telling you in advance.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and MK LABS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost orders, including those caused by outages of Meta or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time, subject to your agreement. When the service ends, we stop using your connected accounts and delete your data as described in the privacy policy, unless you ask us first to hand it over.

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and inform our clients directly of significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
