Three restaurants in Sadat City on one site — and one cart that orders from all three.
The problem
Three restaurants under one owner in Sadat City — Fatatri El Madina, With Milk and Koko Wawa — spread over two malls. Each has its own menu and identity, and a customer who wanted fiteer and dessert had to order twice. Three separate sites would have meant three carts, three orders and three delivery fees.
How we solved it
One site for three restaurants
Each restaurant has its own page in its own colours with its own animated opening, and a front page leads to all three.
One cart, one order
Customers add from all three restaurants to one cart, and each kitchen sees only its own part of the order.
Delivery zones for each mall
Customers pick the mall, then their area, and see the fee before confirming — and pickup is offered only at a mall that has every restaurant in the cart.
Offers from the dashboard
Each restaurant has its own offers section with the old and new price, edited in the dashboard and shown on the site at once.
Alerts on your phone
The dashboard installs on your phone like an app and sends a notification for every new order, message and complaint.
